A VERSATILE DESIGN THAT IS A BIT MORE RESOURCEFUL

Using Normann Copenhagen’s signature design aesthetic of minimalistic lines with a playful twist, the Bit collection boasts a straightforward, utilitarian expression that contrasts with a distinctive pixelated surface made up of small bits of 85-95% recycled plastic. At the production facility, plastic waste is shredded, and the granulate is sorted into different colors to match each Bit Stool color variant. Due to different origins of the plastic waste as well as the particular production method, every Bit design is a bit unique.

A GROWING COLLECTION OF ADAPTABLE DESIGNS

The Bit collection began with a series of multifunctional stools and has since expanded, now including barstools, lounge chairs as well as coffee and side tables.

Bit Stool comes in a diversity of colors and three different shapes, each presenting a lightweight, versatile design that, due to their minimalistic design and adaptable nature, possess the ability to take on numerous uses from seating solution to side table to pedestal.

Bit Lounge Chair is a contemporary rendition of the classic lounge chair, offering a comfortable seat for both indoor and outdoor use, designed with the robust, yet playful aesthetic characteristic of the Bit collection.

Bit Barstool, available in heights of 65 cm or 75 cm, offers a captivating twist on conventional bar seating solutions, and is similarly designed for inside and outside spaces alike.

Bit Side Table and Bit Coffee Table combine a minimalistic design idiom with a timeless color composition, allowing them to effortlessly complement existing interior or exterior designs.

Inspired by French bistro culture, Allez gives a contemporary look and feel to the traditional café chair’s soft idiom and constructive strength in terms of design, functionality and sustainability. The result is a flexible design that still nods to a bygone era but has now been adapted to suit even more environments and user scenarios.

Based on an innovative component built construction, the Allez Chair can be customized to match any desired expression or complement any setting. The Allez components are available in several variants, allowing users to put together a design to suit their personal style and needs.

With a variety of seats to choose between, Allez can obtain a diversity of different expressions. From a French bistro look evoked by an enduring molded polypropylene wicker seat, to a clean, minimalistic appearance induced by a monotone polyamide seat featuring a discreet hole leading rainwater away, Allez offers the possibility to create personalized spaces for outdoor living. For increased comfort, the chair is available to order with color-coordinated seat upholstery in OEKO-TEX-certified outdoor upholstery with the ability to withstand the wear and tear of outdoor use.

Allez Chair is available in five timeless tones, each reflecting the stark and beautiful Nordic nature. A balanced and neutral color palette of park green, grey and warm grey, as well as black and white, allows the design to humbly fit into larger contexts and outdoor environments. The color scale supports the desire for a design that will stay relevant for many generations to come.

A trusted companion to its namesake chair, the Allez Table is characterized by sleek, elegant lines from all vantage points and a cylindrical cast iron 3 or 4-legged pedestal base discretely shaped to mimic the curvature of the Allez Chair’s legs. Adjustable feet have been incorporated in the design, making it possible to stabilize it on uneven surfaces.

The Allez Table offers flexibility with the choice of either circular or square tabletops made from a broad assortment of materials. Inspired by traditional café tables, Allez includes two tabletop options that are ideal for outdoor use: Timeless marble or lightweight, 4mm thin solid stainless steel.

The many possible combinations allow for putting together a customized Allez ensemble that will constitue the setting for many memorable outdoor moments.
