Mommy you meant the world to me, your caring nature was unmatched. Now that you ' re gone it's very hard to know that I'll never see you or hear your voice again. You were such a sweet, loving soul who loved me, unconditionally all my life. You always encouraged me to be the best that I can be and to never give up no matter how challenging it may be.
I will miss your cooking and baking especially your banana bread that was loved by so many. I will miss you just always being a phone call away to listen to me and give me your thoughtful advice.
You were definitely a people person, always giving of your time to others and you taught me to love and care for others because you always saw good in them.
You loved God and served him with all your heart. The last month was very painful for you and very hard for me to watch but you held on to your faith. I know that you are resting in the arms of God and you are in no more pain.
Mommy, I will always love you and treasure our time together for the rest of my life. All I have now are the memories that we shared. It still feels like a bad dream but I promise you that I will try and be strong and try to always do good as you instructed from your hospital bed.
Rest up mommy, we'll definitely meet again.
