THIS DAY CAME Petitioner, Wesley C. Williams, by counsel, on Petitioner’s Petition for Permission to Enter School Property. Petitioner seeks permission from this Court to enter Tanners Creek Elementary School, 1335 Longdale Dr. Norfolk, VA 23513 for the purpose of picking up and dropping off Petitioner’s daughter, who will be a student at Tanners Creek Elementary School beginning the 2025-26 academic year. Petitioner has shared custody of his daughter that requires access to Tanners Creek Elementary School in order to bring her to and from school.
It is ORDERED that parents of fellow students at Tanners Creek Elementary School are made aware and have the option to appear at the above-named court on June 25, 2025, at 9a.m. for this matter to be heard. Written comments regarding the petition may be submitted to the clerk of court at least five days prior to the hearing.
