The object of this suit is to interplead surplus funds remaining following the foreclosure sale of certain real property commonly known as 411 Beechwood Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia 23505 and more particularly described as Lots 13 and 15, in Block 13 on that certain plate entitled Plat of Glenwood Park.
It appearing by affidavit that Respondent, Yvonne Brining’s last known address is 411 Beechwood Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia, that Yvonne Brining’s present whereabouts are unknown, and that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the petitioner without effect to ascertain the location of any known heirs, it is
ORDERED that this Order be published once per week for four successive weeks in The Virginian-Pilot and that Yvonne Brining appear on or before ___________________________ at in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for the City of Norfolk, Virginia and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.
