All ticket transactions are subject to a £1 transaction fee. As part of their benefits, Silver and Gold Members do not pay the fee.
Norden Farm live event tickets include a contribution to Norden Farm’s Building Restoration Fund.
We use barcoded e-tickets. If you are unable to book an e-ticket, please speak to a member of our Box Office team. Digital e-tickets are sent out ahead of your event. When you arrive, your tickets are scanned from your mobile device or a print-out, at one of our scanning points or by a member of our team.
Our Café Bar and Box Office are cashless. Our card machines accept contactless card payments up to a value of £100.
Access
Our spaces are accessible for those with disabilities. This includes an infra red system for customers with hearing difficulties. There are lifts throughout the venue, as well as ramped access and adapted toilet facilities.
If you have access requirements and cannot use the stairs or require a wheelchair seat, please contact our Box Office team to discuss your booking.
