Behind the scenes at Nonnas there are lots of busy bodies creating, tasting, sourcing and continually developing to bring you the best experience possible.

The inspiration behind the new look Gazzetta is to spread our brimming knowledge of what we do and give you an insight to the care and attention that goes on! From our baker feeding his mother yeast for over two years to create his sour dough, to the wine team expanding their knowledge on wine courses,to the chefs carefully making all our pastas by hand each day.
