Volunteers Wanted..... St Luke’s Hospice Volunteers are needed to help out with St Lukes Hospice all over Plymouth! Help is needed in their many charity shops, the warehouse, and the Hospice. Volunteers can get involved with retail work, stock management, and catering. There are also opportunities for chaplaincy, befriending, and working with those who have suffered bereavement.

We are a creative arts organisation situated in the historic Barbican area of Plymouth. We produce new theatre & contemporary dance & encourage our audiences & participants to visit us and take part in our promoted programme, events and celebrations in the venue. Come and join the Barbican Theatre Team as a volunteer usher or in the Box Office.

Do you have green fingers? Would you like to volunteer on a community allotment project in Stoke, Plymouth? Diggin’ It supports schools & community projects in building & sustaining their own gardens, growing their own food & providing advice on cooking & healthy eating. Volunteering opportunities exist for volunteering on the allotment one/part of a day each week, or working with schools visiting the site.

WAVES is a new drop-in Centre for over 50’s that provides all kinds of useful information on a wide range of issues from health and housing to education and employment opportunities. Volunteers can help out with a range of activities to support the running of the centre.
