Katie has a wealth of nine years experience in the property market and has worked for two of Swansea’s biggest estate agents in a variation of roles. She has applied all of her knowledge and expertise to found a truly innovative estate agency that she is extremely passionate about.

June Williams - Branch Valuer June our property expert has some 25 years industry experience in both Estate Agency and Financial Services.

Having held Senior positions and successfully valuing properties for three agents at their various branches throughout South and West Wales.

Junes honest and professional approach, together with her extensive knowledge of the industry is invaluable to No 86.

Michelle Thomas - Negotiator Following a lengthy banking career at a senior level and taking some time off to have her second child, Michelle decided it was time for a career change. She has always had an interest in the housing market and loves meeting new people and helping them find their dream home.

Matthew Cromwell - Negotiator We are delighted to have Matthew as the newest member of the team.

Coming from a strong sales and customer service career of 17 years.

His role involves conducting viewings, dealing with feedback and negotiating on offers.

What Are Our Fees?

Traditional Estate Agency Service 1% plus VAT (subject to a minimum fee of £1,500 plus VAT) payable on completion when your home sells. We take care of everything for you to make your move go as smoothly as possible.
