Hoper is a wearable ear device designed to empower individuals dealing with frequent anxiety. Fully customizable via the app and requiring no user interaction during use, it enables users to unlock their full potential and become the most resilient version of themselves.
During the sketching process, I initially leaned towards ear cuffs, influencing designs with an emphasis on side profiles. However, considering potential discomfort for a broader audience, the final design was adjusted to sit fully behind the ear.
Overall favorite.
Fit some people, not very comfortable but acceptable. People like the way it look on the ear the most.
Fit nicely, doesn’t fall even with running or jumping.
In the user testing phase, I explored diverse 3D models focusing on asymmetrical forms to enhance comfort behind the ears. While initial experimentation aimed for a personalized fit, diverse user feedback revealed significant variations in head and ear shapes. Consequently, I transitioned to a symmetrical design, aiming for a more universally comfortable solution.
Falling off most ears, a very few number say it feels okay. Looked flat.
Flat surface for customizable attachments and decorations
Curved for all-day comfort, ensuring the perfect fit for your ear
48-hour battery life with wireless charging capability
Put on Hoper before going out
When detected anxiety, the product will provide 1 in 4 solution based on intensity

Using the app, users can customize vibration frequency for a personalized experience—tailoring it to their liking. The app also tracks emotions, offering advice for anxiety relief using bone conductor technology. Notably, the device functions independently, requiring no app interaction ex cept for snoozing.

Our brand study revealed a market opportunity for BODUM in outdoor hot tea products. That’s where we come in.
In the sketch ideation phase, I deliberated between a larger, countertop tea brewer and a portable to-go bottle for the Bodum brand. Ultimately, the decision leaned towards the to-go bottle, driven by a strategic vision to expand Bodum’s outdoor product offerings.
Product poster inspired by the Bodum website, utilizing identical fonts, logos, colors, and layout to achieve a seamless and professional appearance.

Introducing Hermont – a mobility device crafted for young females with lower body challenges. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and empowerment, Hermont distributes body weight between underarms and arms, avoiding wrist strain. This stable innovation provides support while walking and standing. Hermont doesn’t just assist; it empowers, expressing beauty and strength through an enchanting design.
They are not fashionable
They cause forward leaning or hunched posture and keeping your hands occupied
They hurt your wrists
Our product supports young women aged 18-30 with ACL tears in creative careers, living in big cities, on an average income ($68,700). Stability tailored for urban living
An ACL tear is a common knee injury affecting ligaments crucial for knee stability. Those with an ACL tear often require a mobility device due to instability, pain, and difficulty bearing weight, necessitating support for walking and standing during recovery.
Promotes upright posture, hands-free functionality Stylish, without clinical appearance Ergonomic grips & touchpoints
Drawing inspiration from the elegant undergarments of the past, particularly the crinolines worn beneath dresses to achieve a voluminous and rounded silhouette. Exploring this concept in my sketch ideation, my aim is to infuse a touch of timeless grace into contemporary design.
Unstable, need another connection
Curves lack aesthetic appeal
Need better connection point & more space for the back
Throughout the design process, additional connection points enhance stability and support. The sleek curves of Hermont’s design have evolved into an enchanting aesthetic, diverging significantly from clinical product norms.
