WE THE UNDERSIGNED DO HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

A Agree to abide by the policies of NLGI.

B. Understand the sponsor benefits received will be determined by which sponsor category the total amount sponsored falls within.

C. Understand the Sponsorship is only secure after payment has been received and processed by NLGI. This includes being featured on the NLGI website, Whova mobile app, The NLGI Spokesman and the meeting program.

D. Agree any additional charges and / or items required to fulfill the sponsorship will be provided by the Sponsor, not NLGI.

E. By completing the form below, you agree to be a Sponsor of the 2025 NLGI 92nd Annual Meeting and understand if the Sponsorshipis cancelled, refunds will only be processed if received by March 31, 2025.
