Hello, my name is Michelle Landis and I am very excited and honored to represent the members of District 9. For the last 11 years, I have been blessed to be the show mom for my daughter Ashley and then my son Cody. We have experimented with quite a few breeds over the years, but Jersey Woolies have always remained a staple in our barn. In February of this year, I got to experience the thrill and fun of showing in Open for the first time. I can’t thank all of the open and youth breeders for welcoming me with open arms. While we absolutely adore the Jersey Wooly rabbits, it is the friends that we have made along the way that keep us in this amazing hobby.

District 9 has some amazing and clever breeders and I look forward to highlighting your triumphs on the show table. Please always know that I truly look forward to hearing from all of you whether it is a triumph or a concern. That being said, I received some wonderful news tonight that Christy and Katrina Przybylowski won Open RIS with their stunning REW SR Doe 3Bears Sally, at the Carroll County Rabbit Breeders show! Way to represent our breed!

Cody Landis had a great showing at the ARBA Convention in Louisville, KY winning Youth BOSB with AFB’s Panda Bear, and Best Display. Congrats to Makayla Wallock on winning Youth BOB at convention with her beautiful homebred Pointed Black SR Doe!!!
