The house is divided vertically; the ground floor would cater to the needs of the nuclear family, and the other two floors would be set up for rent, with a staircase outside the house for the privacy of all its inhabitants. The home belongs to a family of four Both children live out of the city for the most part. Therefore, the parents, entering a new phase of their lives, wanted to create a home that could capture their true selves as parents and otherwise. Keeping this in mind, we decided to create a home that is contemporary in its essence yet has a cozy aura that welcomes all. I worked on this project in collaboration with VSA under the guidance of the Head Architect. I worked on my AutoCAD skills and provided with detailed working drawings including layout plans, inner elevations, floor plans. Upon agreement with the clients on the presentation renders were created as per their preferences. I worked with the interior design team of the firm to create the same
The design called for clean lines and simplicity. We chose to play with texture, tonal patterns and subtle color combinations. We also made use of simple geometric patterns in small amounts to bring in some personality with hints of unexpected yet considerately placed elements of metal.
The mood and ambience for this house was modern contemporary lines. We aimed to create a house where the environment around is wind, greenery, colours and activities.
Keeping the clients need in mind, we planned to create a space that could an open floor plan for the public space and kept the private spaces towar century modern furniture, to keep this place up to speed with the couple w and makes it simple. Taking advantage of the clear division between public
make the most use of the area while keeping it light and fresh. We created ds to outer ends. We decided to create a contemporary design with mid ho likes to host friends frequently. The open concept kitchen allows hosting and private spaces, we designed every room with a different perspective.
The Master Bedroom makes use of extremely subtle colours as its palette.
We followed a relatively darker theme for the master bath. We have put mosaic tiles as a highlight behind the mirror and the shower wall. We have also made use of cove lighting to amp up certain areas.
The Rear Bedroom has a darker modern theme, but the big windows allow the space to be appreciated. The lit up cupboard gives the room its unique identity.
The dark modern theme of this bedroom continues into its bath as well. The bath is completely covered in Black Marquina Marble.
The guest bedrooms’ vibe is transitional something which can evolve over the years. The shuttered wardrobe gives enough space for the guests to put away their stuff. The panelled wall behind the bed serves as the accent wall.
The washroom is L shaped and has a large space to work with the bathing area. It is a part of a luxurious boutique hotel calling for its loud personality.
IDEA: The bathroom is Retro themed with maximalism aesthetics incorporated, including the heavy and loud colors and brass used. The theme calls for retro prints and styles that were used back in the time with the maximalist line of designs.
This bathroom incorporates colour, light, prints and texture inspired by art. The energy and verve of design is the pulse of everything it represents The use of bright wallpaper and checkerboard tiles gives it a retro remembrance.
immediately creates awe This style is fundamentally about using your interiors to express your personality and taste. It makes an area that is exclusively yours.
The bath is completely covered in shades and prints of Black and Royal Green. The checkerboard floor tile pattern is as classic and elegant as it is eye catching and versatile.

Designing for seniors is challenging. Physical and emotional safety are the two key concerns that need to be taken into account. A home is much more than just a place to stay; it's also where you establish your life. It is their little piece of the globe. It serves as a repository for the past, the present, and the dreams of the future. One recognizes themselves there.
IDEA: So we created a basic checklist for designing homes for the elderly. It broadly covers the mild losses so we look after all their needs. Like taking in note to make individual medicine boxes in open spaces, water filters, activity area, bay window relaxation and a peaceful reading corner.
The design is an industrial inspired rustic chic look for your living room, thus creating a warm and welcoming area for complete relaxation. The added element of photo frames of loved ones or your best art pieces to make a focal point and set the tone for the rest of the house with this brick wall design.
Designing a reading nook in your living room can be the perfect way to transform an awkward or unused space into a wonderfully cozy reading nook to curl up in. Some feature stylish and cozy armchairs to curl up in, or even throw blanket that dedicate a secluded space for reading.
This beautifully shaped candle stand has been made on the lathe machine using woodturning techniques. Lathe is a machine that helps in shaping several material pieces in the desired shapes. A lathe is a machine that rotates the piece on the axis in order to perform various operations like cutting, facing, knurling, deformation and more.
Designing shelves in a form of ladder as a bedside, accessory holder/keeper for a modern authentic house.
The shape is inspired from a ladder but will be functional as the base of shelves will be functional and resourceful to keep things and store them in.
