Takako is a Hokkaido native who has been living in the Niseko area for over 15 years and with Niseko Realty since its inauguration 5 years ago until her recent move to the USA. In that time, she has developed into one of the leading licensee’s in the Niseko area working on most of the large sales and developments, she has incredible depth and understanding of development works and contracting and is an invaluable member of the team. Takako also spent 2 years in the local lawyer’s office running all the real estate sales and processing and has dabbled in Project Management. Takako now works as a documentation consultant for Niseko Realty.

Rise joined Niseko Realty two years ago and has a long work history in the Niseko area spanning 8 years.
