Class Teacher’s Message Well done to this weeks ‘Pupil Of The Week’……… Well done to Sultan in Year 2 Yellow for all his hard work this week. Year 2 Blue’s star of the week is Essa for working so hard and putting 100% effort into everything he does. Big congratulations to John-Paul, Year 2 Red’s Golden pupil of the week! Hamza is the pupil of the week for Year 2 Green Class. Well done Hamza. Well done to Sahil for being year 2 Oranges’ star of the week.
NISLetter – Week 12 Term 1 In
this week, we are learning in...
We have been learning to sequence a story and investigate characters. This week has been book week in school. The children have discussed what their favourite books.
This week we have been learning about variation and how to group different animals using a Carroll diagram. Year 2 Green have been looking at the differences between plants and animals.
We are learning about the monthly calendar and days of the week. Children can discuss the hours in a day and create a daily timetable.
We have been looking at the seaside and creating pictures to highlight the key geographical features. Green Class has been looking at jobs (past and present) in Qatar and have started to make group collages relating to this.
