Catalyst Inc at ECOS is a unique lakeside location set within 150 acres of spectacular parkland, centrally located within Northern Ireland and five minutes off the M2 motorway network. Our 18,000 sq ft lettable space Innovation Centre is full of character and offers managed workspace ranging from a dedicated desk, small private 2 person suite right up to a 30 person suite all fully furnished and ready to move into. Every aspect of our all-inclusive managed workspace solution, handled by our expert Real Estate team, allows occupants to focus on their own business while operational matters are managed for a fixed monthly cost.

The Catalyst Inc service includes 24/7 access, access control and security systems, a dedicated resilient internet service, private car parking, support services, on-site catering and state-of-the-art meeting, exhibition and conferencing facilities.
