Member Portal Registration Instructions

Nippon Life Benefits members have access to a secure and personalized member portal, providing 24/7 access to benefit information. Registration is simple and takes just a few minutes.
Visit http://www.nipponlifebenefits.com and select Member from the Login/Register tab at the top of the page.
Select Create My Account, check the I’m not a robot box, and click Next.
Activation page: Provide your information and click Next. Read the consent and click I Agree.
Communication page: Enter your email and phone number, select your preferred contact method, and select Yes to receive electronic EOBs and email alerts.
Verification page: Enter your email address or phone number to receive a verification code. Once received, enter it and click Start.
Personalization page: Create your Username, Password, and three security questions and click Next.
Terms And Conditions page: Read the Terms and Conditions and click Accept. Your account is now activated and ready to use.
