CANADIAN MARCONI CORPORATION OFFICE BUILDING RIYADH KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA
A new branch office for Canadian Marconi Company, who provides Avionics Products, and Cockpit System Integration, project management, programming services, flight training and maintenance. This new two story building will allow the Riyadh Office to consolidate into a single 17,708 m2 (190,600s.f.) building, with the aim of encouraging the cross pollination of the different disciplines and support the needs of a learning organization. Numerous team conferencing rooms have been provided throughout the facility each with video conferencing capabilities and smart board technology. The building is planned to incorporate several energy savings technologies to stand as an example of the company’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
