How to make Georgian national doll

At the beginning we bought all the materials we need to make a doll.

At first we are making a hat. We use a cap of the bottle of famous Georgian mineral water “borjomi”. 

Next we make a kerchief named “mandili” or “fata” in Georgian. The hair plates are made with black thread.

Then we make a dress.

Next we decorate dress with golden stripes.

Then we make sleeves and decorate them too.

At the end we make a belt and decorate them with golden stripes and beautiful pearls.

Our gorgeous doll is ready!
