TWILIGHT MEANDER

Marianna Meyer

Marianna Meyer is a contemporary abstract artist who credits her work to life and her personal Kintsugi or golden joinery. She paints from memory and imagination, bringing together the inner and the outer. Beauty, the naïve, the ideal and the imperfect she wants that things take their time in the studio. Self-trained, Marianna continues to evolve her paintings through explorations in a variety of forms, having fun while doing it. She works in acrylic, oil pastel, pastel, pencil and a host of synergistic materials

JESSICA MICHELLE LE ROUX

Jessica Michelle Le Roux is a South African sculptor and interdisciplinary artist. She obtained her BA at the Tshwane University of Technology in 2010, majoring in sculpture and printed image. Her disciplines feed off one another as the artist frequently crafts a relation between the imagery she creates in two-dimensional and three-dimensional works.

Ingrid Nuss is a visual artist residing in Wilderness. Ingrid's deep love for natural surroundings stimulated and inspired her creativity She attended the Jack Meyer Art Centre whilst at school and then graduated with distinction at the Michaelis School of Fine Art in Cape Town in 2007 (UCT). The Garden Route's forests, coastline and mountains drew her into the scenarios she loves to paint. Fascination with aspects of biology, patterns, science, philosophy, and spirituality, has shaped her visual language to express her innermost emotions through her works Ingrid explains, "the most important part of my work is to enable a feeling, which cannot be communicated easily in words, as it connects from within".

HolmesTheCreative's

artistic journey began in 2018 with the completion of his graphic design studies. This foundation proved instrumental in shaping his artistic vision. HolmesTheCreative actively sought mentorship to hone his skills. In 2019, he apprenticed under the renowned art director Mark Hilltout in Cape Town. This experience proved invaluable, providing him with exposure to professional art practices and techniques, and he returned to his hometown of Sedgefield to present another solo exhibition titled "Holmes at Home." This exhibition served as a testament to his artistic growth and solidified his presence in the local art scene.
