We process 15 greek fruits
We use state of the art technology to process high quality Greek fruits, while maintaining the nutrients and flavours intact. Harvesting and juicing is done within the shortest time period, to retain the characteristics of each fruit and guarantee the freshness of the products.
Pomegranate
We process the Wonderful variety, known for its bright red colour and the Epidaurus variety, known for its sweet and delicious taste. These are mainly used in combination with other fruits for the preparation of blends. Pomegranates are processed using our proprietary method and equipment, invented for the purpose of preserving vivid colour and delicious flavour.
Orange
Greek oranges are famous for their flavour and their production is year-round. We process the Washington Navel, Valencia, Common and Merlin varieties.
Peach
We use the Clingstone varieties such as Andross, Fortuna, Everts, Loadel and Caterina and Freestone varieties such as Franηoise, Red Haven and Royal Glory. These are harvested from early July until mid-September.
The Hayward and Tsechelidis varieties are set apart by their deep green colour and rich flavour. The kiwi crop takes place in November and December. Greek kiwis are of premium quality and are suitable for smoothies, ice cream, blends, nectars and drinks.
Lemon
Lemon harvest lasts from January to March. We mainly use the Maglina variety to produce juice, essential oils and lemon cells.
Apricot
The apricot harvest and processing begins in June and lasts until July. The main variety we process is Golden Bebeco.
Apple
The apple season begins in September and lasts until November. We mainly process Starkin (low acidity) and Granny Smith (high acidity) varieties.
Kiwi
Grape
The grape harvest begins in September and lasts until October.
Pear
We process pears of the Williams variety, characterized by their intense aroma and delicious taste. Their harvest begins in August and lasts until September.
Plum
The plum crop takes place between August and September, while the main plum varieties are: Black Beauty, Black Star, Black Diamond, Friar, Stanley and Angelino.
Cherry
The cherry variety which we mainly process is Tragana, known for its deep red colour. It produces high quality juice and puree, maintaining its colour and beneficial properties. The cherry season lasts from May to June.
White Grapefruit
Greek white grapefruits' harvest begins in December and lasts until March. They are known for their wonderful and unique flavour.
Greek mandarins are well known for their sweetness and premium quality. They have an excellent colour and are ideal for juices and mixing with other fruits. The mandarin season begins in December and lasts until March.
Carrot
We mainly process Aegina carrots, characterized by a large conical root and vivid orange colour. They are used in combination with fruits for the preparation of blends.
Strawberry
Strawberries are a rich source of vitamins and fibre and are known for their antioxidant properties. Their harvest occurs between March and May. We process the popular Camarosa and Fortuna varieties.

Concentrates are produced by removing the water content of the juice through evaporation, thus offering convenient storage and preservation. Clear and cloudy concentrates are available. Purees are ideal for the production of juices, nectars and smoothies. Single strength and concentrated purees are available.
NFC Juices & Single Strength Purees
Our premium quality NFC juices are pasteurized immediately after being pressed, preserving vitamins, minerals and flavors.
Private Label Juices
We offer a wide range of NFC, concentrated and organic juices in Tetra Pak and PET packaging, in 250ml and 1Lt bottles.

Fruit Preparation & Fillings
Used in dairy, plant-based, bakery, confectionary and ice cream applications. Available in: Purees • Juices • Fruit pieces of various sizes i.e. 10x10, 12x12, 16x16.
Cold Pressed Citrus Essential Oils & Derivatives
We use cold extraction to recover the highest quality essential oils found in the citrus peel. Also available: essential oil derivatives, used for juices, food flavorings, fragrances, bakery, dairy or household products.
Canned Fruits
Greek Yellow Clingstone Peaches are processed and sealed within 24 hours from harvest, preserving flavor and nutritional profile intact for 3 years. Available in halves, slices or dices, in standard, good standard and choice quality, in light or heavy syrup, in juice or water. Packaging can be normal or easy open with stackable option.
Engraved peaches
An ideal decoration for sweets and cakes. Can be enjoyed neat as breakfast or snack.
Fruit Pieces & Cells
We offer peach cubes and slices in aseptic packages, ideal for fruit preparations and beverages. We also produce citrus fruits and separate fruit cells, used as a flavour and consistency enhancer.
