The development of the film industry in Indonesia is currently developing rapidly, but the quality of human resources in Indonesia has not been able to meet the needs of this development which has caused many Indonesian films to still use the services of human resources from abroad. Thus, an official institution is needed to create human resources capable of meeting the needs of the development of the industry. Based on data from one of the official education websites in Indonesia, it shows that the number of students interested in film and animation is also growing rapidly, including in the city of Medan. So, vocational schools will be very good for one of the solutions to overcome this.
