Afzettingen backstage voor het vuurwerk: Tijdens verschillende vuurwerkmomenten worden backstage gedeeltes, ten behoeve van de veiligheid, afgesloten en geheel ontruimd.

Uitzoneringen hierop zijn de pyrotechnische medewerkers, enkele medewerkers van WiSH en artiesten die speciaal daarvoor zijn geïnstrueerd.

Zaterdag 1 juli – 3 vuurwerk momenten ZONE 1 00:10 uur - Zone 1 wordt leeg gemaakt en volledig afgesloten.

00:20 uur - Start vuurwerk.

00:30 uur - Einde vuurwerk. Zone 1 wordt vrij gegeven zodra alles gecontroleerd is en het sein veilig is gegeven.

OVERVIEW A representative of the promoter with the power to make executive decisions must be on site between artist’s arrival and departure.

Every item in this rider needs to be present prior to artist’s arrival.

Please ensure that all parties involved with your show read and fully understand this rider. This includes: General Manager, Production Manager, Stage Manager, Runner, Food & Beverage Manager, Box Office Manager, FOH and Monitor Engineers, Video Tech, LD, Electrician, etc.

ARTWORK Headhunterz artwork should be used for all shows unless a provable series is in operation.

In instances where you do not use Headhunterz artwork the correct press shots and logos must be used, also please advise your online teams not to use old pictures of Headhunterz from the internet which may differ from the approved press shot we send across.

All artwork bearing reference to the artist must be completed and approved in writing by Leonieke (leonieke@headhunterz.com) before it is published anywhere.

Purchaser agrees to take full responsibilty for any artwork posted without prior approval. If in the instance artwork is posted without approval and amendments are required purchaser agrees to all costs of changing the artwork and a $1000 fine will be incurred. Headhunterz shall have 100% billing on ticket header. Artist does not allow venue sponsors to be included in your ticket header.

• Please send ticket counts to leonieke@headhunterz.com SHOW INSTRUCTIONS TECHNICAL ALL STAGE CREW & STAFF MUST BE IN SHOW BLACKS, NO EXCEPTION. Headhunterz is not carrying production nor traveling with audio, lighting, or video crew. Headhunterz will utilize house Audio Engineers, LD, systems tech., and other house production crew. Headhunterz’s VJ may travel to certain shows and will be advanced accordingly. A sound and video check will be necessary along with a venue walkthrough and security brief before doors, per advance. VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPHY/PRESS APPROVAL Promoter to provide Headhunterz a photographer for duration of stay including performance, on and off site use with written consent from loenieke@headhunterz.com Several photographers on site, we will send all photo's directly after the show

No filming allowed with written consent from leonieke@headhunterz.com Interviews and press must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to show, with written consent from timo@headhunterz.com CHANGE OVER If the DJ’s playing before / after Headhunterz are using CDJ 2000 / DJM 900 then the changeover is straight forward, but if they are using a different make/model of mixer/decks or are also running other outboard equipment, Sirato, Traktor etc. then as long as Headhunterz can start his set on the left hand side CDJ. We suggest the DJ playing after Headhunterz has his first track on CD/USB/SD to play whilst they are setting up.

PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS AUDIO DJ EQUIPMENT 1 x Pioneer DJM---900 Nexus mixer. DJM 2000 Nexus is not accepted 4 x Pioneer CDJ---2000 Nexus linked through Ethernet/LAN hub.

2 x Wireless mic (inc. 1 backup). Preferred model: Shure SM58 U4 Series wireless mics.

All CDJ---2000 units are to be connected with digital RCA cables and must be properly connected, fully functional and of good quality (no broken buttons / faders).

MONITORS 4x HQ monitors on 1 mix driven by the stage for DJ monitoring in the DJ Booth Preferred models are: D&B Audiotechnik M2, Martin Audio LE1500/LE2100, Turbosound TFM---450, NEXO PS15 or Equivalent BI--amp systems.

PA SYSTEM The PA System should be able to provide an undistorted sound with total coverage of the venue. Please be aware that the show needs a system that is able to give a firm sound pressure level from 20hz---20k hz.

COMMS 2 Way communications between FOH and stage.

LIGHTNING Promoter and venue to supply lighting package to leonieke@headhunterz.com. Ground supported lighting required in addition house standard flown lighting.

VIDEO If Touring VJ is present, a 6’ table shall be made available at FOH for laptop and controllers. A quad box power drop shall also be made available for the VJ’s sole use.

If this is a festival date, a tent or adequate shade structure shall be made available for the touring VJ to utilize.

If touring VJ is not present, house VJ shall download artist’s video reel.

Please note the video reel is not meant to press play and walk away. The reel must be played live, broken apart, and played with similar content for Headhunterz set only. Content shall be disposed of after Headhunterz set. Visual content provided by the Artist remains the sole property of the Artist's and may not be used by any other parties for any other event or purpose, and may not be re-distributed or shared, either in whole or in part.

STAGE A clean stage area, of firm condition and clear of obstructions. Minimum size 8 meter wide, 4 meter deep and 1 meter high, provided with steps with railing on backside and/or sides. Minimum clearance has to be 3 meter. No objects are to be placed in front of the DJ that can block view on crowd. Headhunterz needs to be able to jump off the front and side of the dj booth and have a safe/clean place to land.

Artist access to be kept as clear as possible during their performance. No one other than the artist and tourmanager/management to be in the DJ booth when Headhunterz is performing, the booth must have a minimum of 2 meters either side of the central spot and also be able to carry Headhunterz weight should he decide to jump up during the performance.

DJ BOOTH --- Required minimum 3hrs prior to stage time / doors A solid desk of 3 meters wide, 1 meter deep and 1 meter high with black skirting. DJ Booth not on wheels The DJ booth should be a solid clean level surface, bump free and stable. Headhunterz must be able to stand on the riser with no issues. The DJ---booth and front of stage should be sufficiently lit. Please note height of DJ equipment must be no higher than 1m. Please place 1 Fan / blower in the booth SECURITY One security guard to be allocated and introduced directly to Headhunterz upon arrival at the venue – the same security guard to be to the side of the DJ booth at all times whilst Headhunterz is playing.

• Please supply a map of the venue’s emergency exit route from the stage, backstage dressing rooms, touring production office and General Admission. (leonieke@headhunterz.com)

• Stage must be kept closed during performance. Any exceptions will need prior consent from Tour Manager. Security detail shall be present at each and every entrance to the stage, including a minimum of two security personnel in the barricade.

GUESTLIST Artist’s Tour Manager will submit a guest list day of show per contracted allotment (timo@headhunterz.com/leonieke@headhunterz.com) • At least 25 guests with VIP guest entrance • At least 10 guests with Backstage/Artist Lounge/Stage access and 8 entrance • At least 3 parking cards on Artist Parking ACCOMODATION PROMOTER TO SUPPLY FIRST-CLASS (5 STAR) HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS Per contract and advance, 1 suite and 2 deluxe king, non-smoking rooms shall be booked at a five-star Starwood (SPG), Hyatt, Marriott, or Fairmont Hotel & Resort property, under the following names: • Willem Rebergen (suite) • Timo Goede (king) • Timo Goede (king) (upon request)

per advance Hotels must be agreed and signed off by leonieke@headhunterz.com before bookings commenced. If hotels are booked without sign-off, artist reserves the right to change hotels at the expense of the Purchaser.

• All rooms must have wifi, internet, and include breakfast plus any additional resort fees, local taxes, and gym fees.

Early check-in and late check-out are mandatory for all rooms.

• Leonieke (leonieke@headhunterz.com) will submit artist’s loyalty number for specified hotel chain.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION PROMOTER TO SUPPLY FIRST-CLASS GROUND TRANSPORTATION FOR SOLE USE BY ARTIST AND TOURING PARTY ONLY: Runner shall meet and greet touring party inside terminal after Baggage Claim with a sign that reads “Timo el Tourmanager” (not “headhunterz”).

• Please send Tour Manager driver contact information one (1) week in advance of show (leonieke@headhunterz.com).

• Promoter and Tour Manager shall agree upon a ground transfer schedule based on incoming flights, sound check, show time, and outbound flights (leonieke@headhunterz.com).

• Runner vehicle must be black, kept clean and in good working condition.

• Acceptable vehicles include (must be black): Mercedes S Class, G Class or Viano, Range Rover, Audi A8, BMW 7 series, Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban or Tahoe (2012 or newer). All other vehicles must be cleared by leonieke@headhunterz.com.

• Runner shall have expert knowledge of local area, including but not limited to: hotel, venue, airports, dining, grocery markets, liquor stores, shopping malls, gyms, swimming pools etc.

• To & From transfer to local shopping mall or dining.

• Runner shall be old enough to legally purchase alcohol.

We have a preferred system, if this is not available please confirm your system at least 14 days prior to the event with brandon@size.net for approval of the in house system. Please pass your production staff my email and my phone number, which you’ll find at the end of this document.

Steve’s monitor setup consists of 2 ground stacks of L-Acoustics KARA (3 per stack) and SB18 (3 per stack) around the DJ Booth. See below image to assist your local audio supplier.

There are NO alternatives to the above spec.

The amplification should be 4-networked Lab.Gruppen PLM 10000 amps (20000 also acceptable). We have 2 frame presets, one for KARA, one for SB18, verified by Lab.Gruppen with a conservative limiter setting. The 3 KARA of each stack can be amplified in one bi-amped send and each single SB18 should be amplified separately.

If it’s not possible for you to provide Lab.Gruppen PLM amplifiers, the only alternative acceptable for amplification is 4 LAcoustics LA8s. If this is the case, it’s mandatory that you provide a Lake LM26 (Preferred), a Dolby Lake Processor (4 in 12out) or a Dolby Lake Contour, 2 in, 6 out, to be inserted before the amplifiers for full control and advanced grouping.

Please, make sure you bring with you ample 4mm2 NL4 speaker cable to connect the rig to the amps. The signal can get pretty hot.

SOUND SPECIFICATION

MONITOR & DJ EQUIPMENT Professional, English speaking FOH and monitor engineers will be required throughout the event from the time of the crew’s arrival at sound check to the end of the show. The PA and monitoring system must be fully operational at the agreed arrival time of the artists Production Manager (PM). The time should be agreed in advance between the Promoter (or their technical representative) and the PM. A. Monitors are to be hidden by the video wall. The only thing visible US of Steve on the floor should be the 2 x VL3500 Wash and back edge of the US (Up Stage) Subs. These items are also to be behind the video walls, and nothing should be between Steve and the video.

B. Monitor's tweeters centre MUST be positioned at DJ's ear level (approx. 64-68 inches high).

D. Clean, undistorted 130DbA sound level must be reached with the system.

C. Volume and EQ for the booth monitors must be controlled independently, and available at sound check and during Steve’s set.

D. In the event that no monitor system is present, monitor is not functioning or monitor is suffering from feedback and/or distortion and no replacement can be found prior to the set time, we reserve the right not to perform.

E. The stage Manager must be present on stage and accessible at all times throughout the performance, should the production team have any needs.

F. The promoter must ensure the warm-up DJ does not play any tracks or remixes by the artist.

FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH) The system must provide full range coverage in all audience areas and be capable of delivering at least 105dBA undistorted program at the FOH position before limiting. The system is for Dance Music so therefore must have plenty of Subs & be capable of delivering down to 30Hz. ***ANY LEVEL LESS THAN 110DbA MUST BE CLEARED WITH AGENT/ARTIST MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO BOOKING. FAILURE TO DISCLOSE MAY RESULT IN ARTIST CANCELLATION AND FORFEIT OF DEPOSIT BY PROMOTER/OFFERING PARTY. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE*** Preferred systems are L'Acoustics, Funktion-One, D&B and Meyer Lyon/Leo. The complete PA, including monitor system must be fully operational at arrival of the management, without any distortion. The time must be discussed with the management or production manager. We need a professional monitor & PA sound engineer during sound check and the performance.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

INTERCOM SYSTEM A communication system, for the exclusive use of the artist’s management, between FOH, pyro firing position and monitor mix position. ASL or Clearcom systems are preferred. Four (4) radios with double headsets (noise-canceling) should be supplied with spare batteries to the artist’s management on arrival to site.

BASE HAZERS AND SMOKE MACHINES 4 x Base Hazers (large stage) located on stage and 3 Smoke Machines. 1 x smoke machine is to be placed directly behind the DJ booth, and two should be placed on the outside corner of the video walls. The Hazers are to be run to FOH and controlled by artist LD. The smoke machines must be hooked up and controllable via DMX, with the controller located next to the pyro firing position. The smoke machine directly behind the DJ Booth must be isolated, and controllable on it’s own channel. The two smoke machines upstage left/right should be grouped on a single channel. The smoke machines downstage left/right should be grouped on a single channel. All Hazers run to FOH, all smoke machines run to SFX/Pro position desk.

Any changes or substitutions to this specification by the lighting vendor, Production, Promoters, Festival or Event Representative must be approved by Brandon Hale (Production Director), at least 14 working days before the production load in.

Failure to do so will require above parties to provide the exact specification from elsewhere at their own cost.

These times must be provided and agreed upon at least 7 days prior to the event. ***In the event that due to our touring schedule we are not able to come in the night before, a wyzywig suite must be available for our LD/VJ to program at least 4 hours prior to set time. This time must also be agreed upon and arranged 7 days in advance***

PROMOTER NOTES Please note we expect all elements of this rider to be undertaken by yourself (promoter or event manger). If any of the aspects outlined in the rider cannot be undertaken for any reason then we need to know at least 14 days prior to Steve's performance. If you do not report any changes to the technical and hospitality requirements in this rider, then the artist and manager will reserve the right to non performance on contractual grounds.

In some instances, acceptable substitutions maybe made, but confirmation of these elements MUST be discussed and confirmed by the relevant party of artist management listed below. All elements of the production and stage production available at the event must be disclosed to either Management, Agent or Production Manger. This also includes disclosure of other acts production or additional production, again failure to disclose this information may result in loss of performance on contractual grounds.

Once this rider is signed, you (the promoter/event organizer) agree to all its elements in its entirety, any issue/changes/discussions of elements in this rider must be discussed and outlined prior to confirmation of Steve's booking with Agent/Management. If any of the elements outlined in the rider are not met once signed then Management will reserve the right to non performance of the artist.
