This breathing space is a double height area talking again of volumes even inside the office. Move up the interconnecting stairs to the next level, the terrace opens itself into a large spread-out version of a lavish roof garden. The flooring is Sandstone textured tiles with a tensile roof over the cafeteria having an eclectic mix of colours in the form of chairs. The greenery around owes itself to Champa tree and various species of plants, bonsai, etc. The terrace can also be reached by a circular terrace adjoining the staff area on the second level. This is called the Red Terrace, owning to red coloured chairs and floor mounted outdoor swing. Though it is an office situated in the very heart of the congested inner city, but surrounded on all sides with terraces and filled with silence and light.
