2. Is garbage always collected on a Monday?
Garbage pickup will always be on a Monday unless you are notified otherwise. You will be notified by an email blast, on the website, or special holiday collection hours. 3. Where can I dispose of my garbage prior to the regular Monday garbage pickup?
The garbage compactor is located in the Maintenance Area on Ruffed Grouse. This is for normal household garbage only!

The containers are available at any time. Please note that the containers are emptied on Wednesdays and might be full when you arrive. Try to schedule accordingly. The containers are for glass, cardboard, paper, and hard plastic.However, plastic bags and Styrofoam are not recycling items. There is a separate container for plastic bags.
6. How do I dispose of large items?
Large items are considered “Bulk Pickup” and may be scheduled by calling the office (570-857-1186) to arrange a time. This is offered twice a month by Maintenance and has a fee based on the size of the load.Scheduling is dependent on seasonal considerations. There is a $50 minimum. An itemized price list is available at the Chalet Office. 7. How can I check on a specific rule or regulation in our community?
The TLCA Rules and Regulations are posted on the website underDocuments. A print copy is available at the Office. For further clarification, give a call.
8. What type of work do I need a permit for in our community?
Some examples of permits are: exterior house and garage painting, a new roof, additions, siding, driveway paving and tree cutting.Call the Office for the correct permit form and to obtain approval to begin a house project. The revised Permit Application is printed in this issue and posted on the website.
9. What do I do if there is a power outage or water problem?
