Situated on the corner of the Smith Street Motorway and Parklands Drive, the precinct benefits from easy access to the Pacific Highway and M1 Motorway, affording quick connection to major city hubs.

The precinct is serviced by two G:Link Light Rail stations: Griffith University station, and the Gold Coast University Hospital station, providing access to the northbound Helensvale and heavy rail lines with connection to Brisbane, CBD and airport; and southbound to the Southport CBD, Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. The Light Rail is soon to be upgraded with plans to expand all the way to Coolangatta Airport.
