Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS from Honolulu, Hi. Shipping is calculated at time of shipment, and is paid for by client and included in final invoice. Please notify us at the time of order if you require a shipping estimate prior to shipping.

PAYMENT Orders are paid in full at time of shipment via major credit card or online payment portal.

Opening orders require credit card on file. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Late payments will accrue interest of 10% per month.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS Please notify us of any shortages or damages within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly send replacements, otherwise all sales final.

If canceling or changing your order, notification must be sent via email to, info@nicomade.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations or reduction of orders that are requested after 24 hours of placing your order are subject to a $25 restocking fee.

BACKORDERS We will notify you immediately if an item is out of stock or discontinued, and you may decide if you would like to alter your order in any way. Unless directed otherwise, backordered items are shipped immediately as soon as they become available. Items are only billed when shipped.
