Delivering My Lessons LEARNING EPISODE 11

WORK ON MY ARTIFACTS

REFLECTION

As I think back on my time teaching at the school, I've learned alotaboutmyselfandhowIcanbeabetterteacher.

I saw that not all students were getting involved or understanding the lessons. Some looked confused or didn't participate much. This made me realize I need to change how I teach.

I want to make sure every student feels included and understands the lessons. It's important to me that they all have a chancetolearnanddowell.

I've thought of some ways to make my teaching better. I can use pictures and stories to explain things. I can also ask students toworktogether, sotheycanhelpeachotherlearn.

I will try these new ideas in my classes. I believe that by using differentwaystoteach,Icanreacheverystudent.

To help me with these changes, I'm going to look at websites and watch videos about teaching. I'll read books about how to explain things clearly. Sharing these with other teachers will also helpusallbebetter.

This shown me that teaching is always about learning and growing. I'm excited to try new things and see how my students respond. I hope that by being a better teacher, I can make a differenceintheirlives.

Teaching is a journey, and every lesson is a step on that path. I've been thinking about how to make my classes better, especially when it comes to using teaching materials.IwantmystudentstolovelearningasmuchasIloveteaching.

But not everything was perfect. Some students were quiet and didn't seem interested. I thought about how I could make the lessons more fun and how to help everyonelearnintheirownway.

Utilizing Application (Apps) for Teaching and Learning

WORKONMYARTIFACTS

REFLECTION

As I think about about using apps in teaching, I realize there's a lot to consider. I've learned that while apps can make learning fun and interesting, they also come with challenges. For example, not all students have the same access to technology, and not all teachers know how to use these apps well in their lessons.

I've noticed that when apps are used right, they can really help students understand and enjoy their lessons. But when they're not used well, it can be frustrating for everyone. This makes me think about how important it is to choose the right app for each lesson and to make sure it's something that will really help the students learn.

I feel like I'm getting better at understanding which apps work best for different kinds of lessons. I know that I still need to learn more about how to solve problems when they come up with the apps. I also want to learn how to keep all students involved, even if they don't have the best access to technology at home.

To get better at this, I plan to try out new apps myself and see how they work. I'll also talk to other teachers and read articles to learn from their experiences. I think taking a course on educational technology could be really helpful, too.

I realized the potential of the LMS to be more than just a repository of information. It could be a dynamic space that fosters collaboration and makes learning an interactive experience. I envisioned an LMS where students are excited to log in and participate, one that supports our learning journey in a seamless and enjoyablemanner.

I considered strategies like streamlining the LMS interface and integrating more interactive elements. These improvements could significantly enhance how we interactwiththeLMSandwitheachother.
