Minsky’s Pizza is opening its 18th location in Olathe, Kansas! The newest location is at 10540 South Ridgeview Road and will be open Monday, October 29th, 2018. As the 18th Minsky’s Pizza location – and second Olathe store for Minsky’s – this location will have a total of 4,900 square feet, including a full bar, sports on multiple TV’s, and will seat up to 200 people. This new location offers Minsky’s full menu of Gourmet pizzas, pastas, calzones, appetizers, salads – and of course – a large selection of gluten-free options for our patrons. The location also offers carry out, delivery and online ordering. The new Minsky’s Pizza in northwest Olathe will also feature an outdoor patio area and private party room that will seat up to 50 people. According to Minsky’s CEO and founder, Gregg Johnson, “We’ve had requests for a new location to serve this area of Johnson County for some time, so we’re pleased we could find just the right spot. This will be one of our larger locations with a nice size dining room, private party room, full bar and multiple televisions for viewing local sporting events.
