REGIONS PLAZA LOBBY RENOVATION, MIDTOWN ATLANTA GENSLER | 2022 – 2O23 The Regions Plaza Lobby Renovation is designed to project a new sense of light, with open spaces and gathering places that spark creativity and focused collaboration. § Involved in preparation of schematic design plans, design development plans, construction documents, 3D models, renderings, bidding negotiations and coordination with professional consultants and contractors before, and during the construction phase. PROJECT PATRIOT, MIDTOWN ATLANTA GENSLER | 2022 – 2O23 Gensler created a multi-modal amenity space to serve and support the tenants of the 999 Peachtree office building, located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. § Responsible for bringing the client’s vision to life, from layouts to final finishes selections. § Completed Phase 1.5 and Phase 2 design development packages until the finalization of the construction sets for permit approval. § Supported the team during the CA phase and RFI’s process. INTERSALT, ELLENWOOD GEORGIA GENSLER | 2O23 INTELSAT fosters a culture of innovation with the power to take on any challenge. § In charge of designing the façade for the proposed new entry to elevate the tenants’ and visitors’ welcome experience facing the monumental stairs. § Represented Gensler during multiple site visits with the clients and contractors to discuss design solutions and create strategies within the existing structure. FOUR SEASONS HOTEL, CAIRO EGYPT PERKINS AND WILL | 2018 Four Seasons New Cairo Capital embodies a unique sense of alluring grace and distinctive luxury that enhances health of body and soul. § Assisted with the planning and designing multiple Pavilions simultaneously. § Supported in research for a design solution of the Spa costume arcade façade. § Designed the sculptural outdoor pavilions and coordined the Spa interior layouts. FOUR SEASONS VILLAS, CAIRO EGYPT PERKINS AND WILL | 2019 -2020 A unique design that creates open vistas across the broad parkland as well as private vistas into smaller manicured gardens. § Worked directly with the Global Design Principal designing six types of luxurious and exclusive 111 villas to reflect a high level of aesthetical appeal. § Assisted with development of all Villas, earning excellent feedback from superiors. § Managed the visual production to create a marketing package for the client.
