Nicole Anne Visitacion
INTRODUCTION
Hello there, I'm Nicole Anne Visitacion and the creator of this design portfolio. I am a recent interior design graduate of Humber College. I have always loved the idea of designing ever since I was little, and in fact, it was not until grade 11 of high school that I truly fell in love with the interior design field. I love making 3D models both physically and digitally and showcasing them using software such as AutoCAD and Revit. I have also just currently developed a new skill in creating animations using Enscape and Twinmotion.

This design portfolio was created to showcase some of the completed projects I have done throughout my years in Humber. It features projects ranging from residential design to retail design, and finally hospitality design. Through this, I hope you get to learn a little bit more about me and what I can offer.

Tip Top Tailors Loft
The design of this Tip Top residential loft located at 637 Lakeshore Blvd features minimal use of furniture and is created for the use of 2 same sex couple, one of whom is an art dealer and the other is a musician. The 1500 sq. ft. design features mainly an open concept living space, which allows the condo owners to entertain their guests more easily. The main living area is also surrounded by floor to ceiling windows allowing for optimal view of the city, as well as it offers access to a balcony.

Georgian Bay Cottage
The design of this 1400 sq. ft. cottage retreat located at Georgian Bay is designed for an active retired couple who has previously owned a restaurant in Toronto and are individuals who loves to spend quality family time. The main living space of this cottage is multi-functional and offers an open-concept design to allow the couples and their visitors to enjoy the scenic view of the bay and beach. The cottage is also placed closer to the west end of the site as this allows for optimal view of the cottage's surrounding.

Software Used: Revit, Enscape, Photoshop

Vila Viniteca Wine Boutique
The redesign of luxury wine boutique Vila Viniteca, located at the famous Toronto’s Distillery District is inspired by the form of a double-walled wine bottle. This 1650 sq. ft. of space offers two distinct areas, the main retail space and a central temperaturecontrolled glass room where rare and expensive wines are stored. All lighting fixtures, materials, and finishes have been carefully selected to create and bring a luxurious and high end ambiance into the space.

Rusty Pelican Pop-Up Shop
The redesign of Rusty Pelican Restaurant located at Gaylord, Miami Florida is inspired by the structure of a lifeguard tower seen across many of Miami’s beaches. This design features the use of two 20'-0" long shipping containers, with two distinct uses. One container serves as the main kitchen and food preparation area, while the other is used for retail. Through this design, Miami's rich heritage and numerous cultural influences will be brought to life.

BusinesSphere Training Facility

The new BussinesSphere Training Facility will occupy the existing 21 Ossington Avenue building, and pathways will be the driving concept for the design of this space. This facility aims to provide business-minded individuals and aspiring entrepreneurs with various business training techniques, hence allowing these individuals to use what they learn, and apply it to endless business possibilities. Pathways are shown in this design through careful selection of materials and placement of lighting fixtures.

DIAGRAMMING
I designed a training facility such as this one, mainly to see how it would operate in an urbanized setting versus a rural setting. From researching, I came to find out the not many are located in urban settings, hence that is why 21 Ossington Avenue was the selected site for this project.
