Application Letter
Dear Ms./Mrs,
I am writing to apply for the job offer at your firm. I am a current student in Year Vl at G. M. Cantacuzino Architecture College in Iași and I feel the need to thoroughgoing study and practice my acumulated knowledge in an architectural firm such as yours. I intend to start working after gratuating the architecture college.
The experience background consists of different job oportunities during college years, such as small architecture offices and an ingineer office.
I had the opportunity to work for 6 months in an architecture office (D.A.S.) here in Iasi, with imported high-end projects from UK, in a 2 level BIM environment on Archicad. Afterwards, I experienced a remote work for another 6 months in a Romanian architecture office, learning more about local normatives & laws, architecture detailing, how to manage projects via internet, but also how to interact with clients and translate their concepts into palpable architecture.
Furthermore, the experience from an engineer predominant office provided a way to learn how to cooperate with other fields, while managing in situ measurements for different projects.
Having the revealed experience above, I state my intention to begin the internship stage wihtin your firm, in order to acheive the architects signature right.
Besides work experience, I have been involved in Scout volunteering for 7 years by now, hobby which determined me to realise the significance and value of assumed and delivered tasks or responsabilities, the importance of fullfiling them inside a working team, the necessity of a clear and impartial communication when conflicts interfere and also a clear view on tolerance and respect of others.
Therefore, I consider myself a responsable and capable person, which pursuits quality, clarity and efficiency in individual and team projects.
