Key Contacts for Volunteers There is lots of help, support and advice available to elected officers who volunteer in Union activities; those who run our Clubs, Societies & Projects, our Academic Reps, Liberation Officers or those who volunteer externally via Community Connections.

This support is given by other volunteers, Officer Trustees and Imperial College Union staff members.

As the Union President, Nas is ultimately responsible for the direction of the Union, all Union activity and its finances.

James is the lead Officer Trustee for nonfinancial matters for our 340+ Clubs, Societies & Projects and chairs the Clubs, Societies & Projects Board.

Luke is the Officer Trustee who supports our Academic Representatives and is the go-to person for all academic needs.

Key Contacts for CSPs Key Contacts for Clubs, Societies & Projects For those volunteers who run a Club, Society or Project there are a wide number of people available to support them.

The Deputy President (Clubs & Societies) and Deputy President (Finance & Services) are the two principal Officer Trustee contacts, while the Student Activities Manager, Coordinator and Administrator, the Sports Partnership Administrator and Union Finance Team are members of full-time staff who are here to offer support, advice and help.

Additionally there are a number of volunteers who run each Management Group.

Management Group contacts Volunteers involved in running Clubs, Societies & Projects are also supported by their Management Group Chair (or appropriate alternative officer) and Management Group Treasurer. These positions are held by students who volunteer their time to carry out these roles. Each Club, Society & Project is allocated a Management Group, details of the contacts are below:

James is the member of staff responsible for our 350+ Clubs, Societies and Projects and can offer advice with Health & Safety, risk assessment and insurance related queries and the day to day running of your activities and events.
