1. Parkyour motorcycleon its side stand on a firm, level surface. 2. Startthe engineand let it idle for 3 5 minutes.Make surethe malfunction indicatorlamp and low oil pressure indicatorgo off. If the malfunction indicatorlamp stayson and the low oil pressureindicatorkeepsflashing,stop theengineimmediately. 3. Stoptheengineandwait 2 - 3 minutes. 4. Hold the motorcyclein an upright position.
