A group of high school actors, who apparently have been abandoned by their drama teacher, have to fend for themselves opening night in front of an impatient audience. Their teacher has left them hanging because no one has been showing up to rehearsals and no one is really quite sure what they are supposed to do. The student assistant director and the stage manager step in, find a box of scripts which they pass out to the cast, and try to throw something together‌...

The following is our plan to let you know when school will not be held as regularly scheduled. If we find it necessary to close school in the morning, announcements will be made over the radio and television stations listed below after 6:00 AM. We advise you to listen to your local stations in the mornings and/or visit our district website where a message will be posted. If it is necessary to dismiss school early due to bad weather or other emergencies, announcements will be made on the same radio and television stations periodically throughout the day and posted on our district website as soon as a decision is made. Our first line of communication will be through the One Call Now system. Please make sure that the school(s) your student(s) attend have your current contact information in the system. Please do not telephone the stations, the school, or the school district office. Arrangements have been made with the stations to broadcast the information to you. Thank you for your help. El siguiente es nuestro plan para avisarles cuando las escuelas no tendrán el horario regular.

Si creemos que es necesario de no abrir las escuelas por la mañana, se anunciará por las estaciones de radio y televisión listadas abajo un poco después de las seis de la mañana. Les aconsejamos que por las mañanas escuchen las estaciones locales y/o visiten la rama de correo electrónico del distrito escolar donde se pondrá un mensaje. Si es necesario de despedir temprano a los estudiantes dado al mal clima u otras emergencias, al igual se anunciará periódicamente por las mismas estaciones de radio y televisión, al igual se pondrá la información en nuestra rama de correo electrónico tan pronto y como se haga la decisión. Nuestra primera línea de comunicación será a través del sistema Una Llamada Ahora. Por favor, asegúrese de que la escuela donde su estudiante asiste tenga su información de contacto actualizada en el sistema.

Por favor no llamen a las estaciones, escuelas, u a la oficina del distrito escolar. Ya se han hecho arreglos con las estaciones para que se le transmita la información. Gracias por su ayuda.
