Having a plan in place will allow you to transition into a full-time agent without it taking a nancial toll on you or your family. One of the most important steps that you can take to start building a solid nancial foundation is to set aside several months of living expenses prior to becoming an agent.

Challenge #2: Time Management Unlike a traditional 9 to 5 job, you’ll not be able to work a traditional schedule. Instead, you’ll be able to create a schedule that works for both yourself and your clients. It’s up to you to make sure that you’re disciplined with your time.
