The and! Sales Inc. team is first and foremost a road sales & marketing team. Our representative organization is comprised of both independent, professional road warriors as well as independent, professional virtual sales professionals.

We effectively service the Great Lakes States and Midwest made up of Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin Minnesota, Kentucky, North Dakota, South Dakota.

We effectively service the complete Midwest of the “MINK states” Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska & Kansas.

We know that the sales representatives are the most valuable assent in our business. Our sales team develops, maintains and builds customer relationships. The sales team is responsible for the initial product experience. Our team eats, sleeps and breathes the products we sell. Our team is invested in making our vendors and retailers successful. Each sales representative is primary in the word-of-mouth marketing campaign as they spend more time with the product than anyone.

The and! Sales Inc. team knows how to gain real estate in the retail business while building relationships with decision makers and getting to know the end consumer and marketing trends. They are the eyes and ears of our organization and the products we represent.

We track business trends, product trends, and understand our competition. We also maintain awareness of our vendor’s competitors. It is because of the partnerships we develop that we are able to form honest and open relationships on all levels. When this is achieved, and! Sales Inc. is able to share the successes we have with gift, garden, home and hardware.

We are able to go far beyond the gift shops and independent storefronts. Because of our open, diverse method of business partnering and! Sales Inc. is able to tap e-commerce accounts, pop-ups, flash sales sites and more. As Amazon continues to expand their warehousing facilities, it’s important that we, as a sales organization, work with our vendors to be on trend with the new ways of doing business.

SOCIAL MEDIA IS VITAL.

While social media has been a business marketing tool and even a business priority for over a decade, in 2020 it was amplified. Social media and social selling became a vital business tool of survival. It’s core for communicating and promoting business and products and services in today’s business ecosystem. and! Sales Inc. has taken the lessons of 2020 and implemented them into our standard business practices. Our team is committed to social media as a highlight of our experience.

Our company strives for continued growth, engagement and reach on platforms that matter, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Our efforts have brought about followers that we are proud to have gained and be connected with, proving that we are an industry influencer. We use our social tools for open engagement with our team, our retailers and our vendors. We encourage and expect participation from all our partners. We utilize the voice of our sales team and management, maintain a speedy response time, we have seen consistent and ample growth in our following, views and interactions.

KEY ACCOUNTS

Key accounts are vast in the territory we cover. Each major account has its own unique requirements and its own way of doing business. Each of our manufacturers has their own capabilities and their own business goals and retail requirements.

This is why we have team members specifically assigned to manage major accounts. Our major accounts professionals are seasoned in the industry and work to match accounts, products and manufactures with connections to meet their desired goals. Our team at and! Sales Inc. strives to make their major account process as simple as possible. We work towards success and profitability while targeting big box, catalogs, internet and more.

experience MARKETS

Middle America and the Great Lakes region are flooded with industry related trade shows. This is one of the major reasons that having a strong, competent and engaged group representing your business and your brand is so important to the territory.

Yes, you need and deserve a team that is present and networked and operating at the standard major markets in Atlanta, Vegas, Dallas and Highpoint. But our team is also active at garden center shows, Women’s Collective, formally Stylemax, and the International Housewares Show (Inspire Home Show.) We have participated in the Farm and Fleet Show, International Restaurant Show, plus the Sweets and Snacks Expo. We also actively take space at relevant local level gift shows such as the Gaylord, Michigan and Grand Rapids, Michigan Gift Shows.

We work booths at any show in our territory or any show that is hardware related when it is beneficial. If you need assistance in selections of shows or getting organized and registered for shows, we view that as part of our partnership.

Marketing & TECHNOLOGY

We live in an ever changing, ever evolving business environment. All businesses must get their message out often and though numerous channels of communication. Businesses must institute some level of omni-channeling. The and! Sales Inc. team is well aware that when on the road we are the face of every product we represent. We also offer a number of marketing packages for our vendors to participate in.

and! Sales Inc. has proudly partnered with Brandwise/MarketTime as our core ordering system. We are happy to use any ordering system that is vendor supplied as long as it’s PCI compliant and can reliably and securely transfer order information, including credit cards and function on a tablet. With Brandwise/ MarketTime, we are able to effectively run an online shopping cart for our retail customers at www.andsales.com. Our system is iPad compatible, and we are able to use it at all tradeshows.

and! Sales Inc. has proudly partnered with Zynk30 to manage our website, email marketing and all design-based advertising as well as marketing strategy. With Zynk30 we are able to create fresh and exciting marketing campaigns and insure our customers are able to experience the products and brands we represent tough first-class, modern and on point medias. and! Sales Inc. is marketing to inspire success in business and inspire growth, brand loyalty and brand love.

and! Sales Inc. inspires to bring you a higher level of service and promotion. We do this through our innovative marketing program. We offer three levels of marketing for you to choose from. Each level is customized to your products, and brand so that you receive the highest level of visibility.

EXPERIENCE HARDWARE

Working with hardware Co-Ops is one of the core specialties of and! Sales Inc. Our company has 20 plus years of expertise working these accounts and we have the relationships and knowledge to show for it. Jeanne Claire, the founder of and! Sales Inc. opened new doors for the gift channel within the hardware retail businesses. She also actively participates in BWG Strategies communications. Nicholas specializes in specialty categories including outdoor and housewares.

Hardware Co-Ops are unique business in Middle America. They are retail operations that are individually owned and operated around the world., yet they have centralized corporate headquarters. Five of the major headquarters are located in the territory and! Sales Inc. is focused on. Ace Hardware, True Value, Rural King, United Hardware, and Do It Best are all accounts and! Sales Inc. has built and maintains relationships with.

In addition to hardware, and! Sales Inc. is successfully growing the outdoor and camping channel of key account business. Our team has a track record of selling to these categories of accounts on a national and international level. We have put together multiple programs including, Warehouse programs, Special Pallet Programs, and various Show Specials and Store Level programs. We have a team that works the shows in these channels across the country and we staff booths from set-up to breakdown.

Vendors wishing to participate in national hardware and outdoor and camping programs may need to meet requirements including using EDI and other terms.

GIVING BACK

and! Sales Inc. is proud to support Bluestone VOICES for Autism. Bluestone VOICES for Autism is a 501(c)(3) created to support the treatment of children with autism. It was the brainchild of some people who have worked in the field for more than a decade and who have watched families and clinics struggle to provide the best possible therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Bluestone VOICES for Autism was created to ensure that effective treatment is provided to as many children as possible. VOICES is not just an organization, they are a village, a village of individuals Contributing to Education and Support for children with ASD.

BVFA funds that are donated will be used to provide financial support though scholarships for families in need, scholarships for individuals entering the field, and for providing grants for projects that benefit facilities working with these children.
