A bespoke training proposal was designed to meet the needs of the company and included a personalised version of the Highfield Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service qualification. The qualification was delivered to staff over one day per week for 10 weeks. The course was interactive with practical exercises and role play activities delivered in a fun way to help embed new skills and knowledge. All trainees achieved the Highfield Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service qualification and their feedback was excellent. The employer also received a detailed report from Highfield with feedback from each employee about how they felt about their learning experience. Highfield Qualifications Success Story: The City of Wolverhampton College is a large general further education college in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, England.
