Collection - Poultry orders can be collected on Sunday 22nd, Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th December (our extended opening hours are detailed on the back cover). We ask that all Christmas Eve orders are collected by 1pm in readiness for our Christmas close down.

New Year Poultry Orders - In order to safely meet your requirements for the days following the Christmas shut down New Year Poultry orders will be frozen over Christmas and defrosted ready for your collection.

This will be their second Christmas in residence at the Cumbrian Food Hall and this year they will be offering a fresh fish to order service at our Brampton, Carlisle and Orton Grange food halls (range leaflet enclosed).

bacon with a difference Our bacon is cured traditionally; pork loins are smothered in a mixture of brown sugar and salt giving it a delicious sweet and salty flavour. The fact we don’t use any water means the bacon isn’t too salty and most importantly doesn’t shrink in the pan!

Our smoked bacon is traditionally cold smoked over oak and beech chippings giving it a deep and natural smoky flavour.
