Our business model follows a dropshipping approach, allowing us to offer a wide range of products without the need for extensive inventory management.

By partnering with reliable suppliers, we are able to fulfill customer orders seamlessly, ensuring timely delivery and enabling us to focus on delivering exceptional customer service

For example, when we work on SEO for our website, we often struggle with effectively writing content and optimizing the site structure. Price Range Shopping channels

The price range that the majority of surveyed individuals are willing to pay for a product is between 200,000 and 500,000VND per item.

The most preferred shopping platform is Shopee; however, in order to diversify and expand our reach, it is necessary to consider implementing other shopping channels.

Choosing the Platform

WordPress offers a user-friendly interface, quick deployment, and an extensive plugin library, making it convenient for nontechnical users. However, customization options may be limited, and performance overhead can be a concern. On the other hand, hand-coding the website grants full control and customization capabilities while also offering an excellent opportunity to learn and enhance coding skills.

Cost-Effectiveness

Considering that we are currently paying for hosting, it may be worth exploring alternative free hosting providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal performance.

Moreover, understanding the e-commerce business workflow, including the implementation of the dropshipping model, has been instrumental in streamlining our operations and ensuring efficiency.

Additionally, exploring the full web development life cycle, including hand-coding with HTML/CSS and other programming languages, will provide a comprehensive understanding of the development process, empowering greater customization and creativity in building websites and applications.
