NEXTM2M CONTROL CENTER AN OPEN PLATFORM,FOR A CONNECTED WORLD Managing a M2M Ecosystem connectivity through the process of product develop- ment and device deployment is complex. Managing connectivity through the life cycle of your services is even more complex.

NextM2M minimize the complexity by providing you flexible M2M SIM subscriptions, real time provisioning and world-class SIM management tools available through their web based Control Center.

Service Development Process You can develop your application in a low volume using NextM2M fully scaleable Control Center. You get access to a full scale M2M connectivity management platform, including SIM featuring: • Fixed IP-address • realtime usage • Reports • Watch-dog You are in control from day one, can predict charges and reduce usage to a minimum.

SERVICE DEPLOYMENT PROCESS When you are ready to deploy your services, we will ship the amount of SIM required to your manufacture.

We will ship in-active SIM to avoid fraud or misuse. You can provision the SIM to “Test mode” to ensure the quality of your service be ore they hit the market. Once ready for start of service, you change the the SIM profile to “Active” which starts the billing..

SERVICE LIFE CYCLE PROCESS Once your SIM are in production you can change their billing profiles or suspend them and turn them back alive again. You will have a fully flexible subscription fitting into your requirements. Being in control makes you sleep well at night.

YOU ARE IN CONTROL EXPERIENCE EXIBILITY Provisioning Provisioning of SIM can be complex, inflexible and time-consuming.

NextM2M Control Center simplifies the process and reduces the costs by providing you with the tools to activate, suspend or terminate the SIMs as required, to meet your deployment schedules, without unpleasant monthly charges while the SIMs are in stock or under distribution. Provisioning is made in real-time directly through the operators HLR and are available within seconds. Devices can now be shipped with pre-enabled connectivity.

Reporting Usage reports can be generated by SIM, IMSI, IP address, account or device, providing high levels of visibility. Reports, in Excel format, can show the complete range of detail, from a global audit of connections, to a SIM single transaction session information for IP packet analysis.

BILLING NextM2M provides a single invoice for your global connections across the NextM2M Network. Detailed billing histories, such as usage and costs for group of or individual SIMs, is always available when needed to resolve accounting queries quickly.

The SIM provided by NextM2M do not have a minimum term, which allows you to switch a SIM on and off to fit into your application To simplify service and device deployment NextM2M offers several different alternatives how to trig the billing; connectivity billing can be set to start upon “first time used”, after a certain period of time or it can be triggered after a certain data usage level has been reached.

SUPPORT NextM2M Control Center deliver world-class customer support. The combination of alerts and end-to-end visibility of your network simplifies and enhances the identification, analysis and resolution of services issues. You are able to “Ping” your devices to ensure connec- tivity or get a real-time report from the HLR reporting the exact status of your SIM, when last seen and in which network and country connected. You will initiate and manage your support issues using our ticketing system available in the Control Center.

CONTROL The levels of management provided via NextM2M Control Center deliver cost and time savings by providing unique control of SIM settings Our Watchdog functionality allows each SIM to have individually set usage levels defined by you. When the limit is reached you will immediately be notified by an email or the SIM will automatically be set in suspended mode.

Each SIM can also have a Private Fixed IP ad- dress, which can be allocated in NextM2M Control Center for server initiated communi- cation. Your existing network or application platform will communicate with your remote network through an IPSEC VPN allowing you full privacy and security.

The SIM profiles include up to ten custom fields, which can be used to identify or group SIMs for administration or billing purposes, simplifying cost allocation and management.
