IN an elaborate celebration held last week at the company’s headquarters in Rivonia, Sandton, Johannesburg, Nextcall Contact Centre marked its one year anniversary of existence. In attendance at the event are the pioneers of the company from inception, call centre agents and well wishers. The Chief Operating Officer of
the contact centre, Mr Jignesh Dave, thanked the team for their support and collaborative efforts towards growing the company in a closing remark. He encouraged them to keep up their strong commitment and enthusiasm. Nextcall Contact Centre attained an FSP license early this year, which has resulted in the com-
pany gracing new avenues in the health and insurance sector and now allows it to offer related financial services to its clients. Nextcall is one of Africa’s leading call centre service provider offering high quality multilingual inand outbound call handling, telemarketing and total CRM solutions to clients across Africa, Dubai and the United Kingdom.
