he National Pensions Commission (PenCom) is gearing up to go after em-

ployers that fail to remit deductions from their workers’ salaries into their Retirement Saving Accounts (RSAs). PenCom’s Director General, Dr. Chinelo Anohu-Amazu, told State

House correspondents yesterday in Abuja after briefing President Muhammadu Buhari on the activities of the commission that the organisation was working with the police to enforce the law that

mandates employers to timely remit deductions from workers’ salaries to their RSAs. The police will work with a department in the commission devoted to enforcement and compli-

ance, she added. She said: "Right now, even in PenCom, we have a whole department devoted to enforcement and compliance; we have also engaged recovery agents
