PORT Stephens Mayor Ryan Palmer has officially opened the revitalised Shoal Bay foreshore, just in time for summer. Mayor Ryan Palmer says the improvements make Shoal Bay an even more attractive place to spend time for both locals and visitors. “These works improve our town centre and make our place more vibrant, liveable and accessible for all. “The new amenities, shared pathway, landscaping and park furniture provide the perfect place for families to picnic while enjoying the incredible scenery of the Tomaree Headland and the port,” Mr Palmer said. “The foreshore upgrades
