By Andrea FERRARI THE Mountain Community Network – a newly incorporated group made up of Lowanna, Ulong and surrounding area residents - has had its first infrastructure funding win. A $91,045 grant for the restoration of Lowanna’s old, unused tennis court has been awarded to the group from the NSW Government’s Infrastructure Grants program. invite candidates for Cowper to discuss their climate policies in a forum this
