Innovative natural colours that shine We live in a world where it is hard to escape the power of social media and the influence imagery has on consumer preference. Food photography is no exception. Consumers can easily take a snap of what they have chosen to eat and instantly share it with the world.

obody likes to eat and share pictures of food and beverages that are dull, boring and by inference, tasteless. Unhealthy foodstuffs containing high levels of sugar, fat and artificial ingredients are falling out of favour and the craze towards healthy eating shows no sign of slowing down. Research company, Mintel predicts the use of natural colours will continue to grow globally. In answer to these trends, Roha has been developing food ingredients for almost 40 years to meet the demand for bright, vibrant and healthy natural colours. The company is present in 22 countries.
