PAINT TIPS
Instant tack of weights up to 25kg
Share your trade secrets
To build trust with a customer it is always useful to share trade secrets with them. Here’s a few on paint. These tips, will not only prove to be helpful for when painting only, but also with the set of accessories that your customer will be using:
1
PAINT STRAINER Don’t ditch old paint just because it contains a few gooey globs. Use a disposable paint strainer to filter them out. If you’ve had the paint for more

glass / frames. Its also easier to remove than tape.
THAT’S A WRAP Without something to hold them in place, paintbrush bristles will curl or splay as they dry. A good way to store them is with a cardboard/paper wrap and a rubber band. That way they maintain the shape of the bristles as the brush dries after cleaning.
3
5
TEXURISE IT Wrap string around your paint roller a few times to create cool paint patterns on your wall. It will give your walls a great texturised look which is fun for a kid’s room.
GIVING IT STICK If your tape is old, dry and won’t roll without peeling, heat it in the microwave for 10 seconds. The glue will soften and its stickiness will yield.

Internationally recognised as a world-class steel maker, the company first introduced its line of malleable cast iron bar clamps in 1936 and heat-treated, all steel L clamps in 1952. Representing Bessey was Export Manager, Ernst Muhl. Bessey has grown to be one of the largest hand tool clamp manufacturers in the world, distributing some 1300 different wood working and metal working clamp tools in more than 100 countries worldwide. Bessey cutting technologies represent a tradition in the manufacture of tin snips going back more than 80 years.

From Kreg Jigs to fullyautomatic machines, Kreg offers simple solutions that have changed the way thousands of woodworkers join wood. In addition, Kreg offers other innovative tools for clamping, joining, routing, cutting, measuring, and more.
Rawlplug Representing the company at the Vermont Trade Show was Bogdun Myczaj, Rawlplug Business Development Director. The invention of the first expansion plug heralded not just the Rawlplug Company but the construction fixings industry itself. Since then, Rawlplug has been the pioneer of safe and reliable modern fixings - a British brand built on British engineering. The original wall plug created by Rawlplug in 1911 was a flash of genius. The innovation, high quality, and service which made the Rawlplug name a century ago has endured; it is as much the foundation of its activities now as it was then.

as a guideline.
dull, boring results. You have to be excited about your company, your product and the services you can provide your customers. If you aren’t excited and don’t love what you stand for, neither will your clients.
DO: 1 Remember who you are talking to. Your customers are not you, talk to them about what they want to hear, not what you want to hear / tell. As always use the 80/20 rule. 80% what is interesting to them (tips, info, stories) and 20% about your business.
10 Select the correct platform. Just because everyone else seems to be on Facebook doesn’t mean you need to be. Social media isn’t one-sizefits-all. If you want to improve your SEO, then Google+ or YouTube might be your best choice. If you want to drive traffic to your site or improve your customer engagement, then Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest might be a better fit, according to Social Media Today.
2 Communicate regularly. Be active on your social media, but don’t post so often that you overwhelm or annoy people.
3 Keep an eye on timing. Experiment by posting at different times and
DON’T: 1 Don’t look self-absorbed. Of
course you like your post. You posted it! But don’t “like” or “favorite” your own material. Encourage your employees, however, to share and like the material that is posted. Your employees can be your brand’s greatest ambassadors.
2 Don’t get out-dated. Use your social media! Having a Facebook page or Twitter account isn’t enough. You have to maintain your accounts to make them work for you.
3 Don’t over-share. If you are launching a product and post hints or pictures too early, it could destroy the whole product launch that others worked so hard to build.
4 Don’t forget you are who you
associate with. Just because someone follows you, doesn’t mean you have to follow them back. Think of it as choosing who you surround yourself with in real life. Before you follow back, think of how it will reflect on you.
6 Don’t create risks. Once you
share something on the internet, it doesn’t go away. Sure, you can delete the post, but screenshots live forever. Privacy settings and passwords are important.
7 Don’t abuse your customers’ time. Nobody likes spam, whether it be via email or social media. If you are constantly posting the same information over and over or inundating your followers, you risk becoming a nuisance.
8 Don’t ignore your followers. Use comments as an opportunity to interact with your followers and show them how you address positive and negative situations.
9 Don’t hide mistakes. Addressing negative comments shows that your company is proactive in resolving issues and that you aim to serve your customers.
10 Don’t lose the personal touch. Using too much atomisation will create the impression that your customers are talking to a computer.
5 Don’t exist in a silo. Just as you would in real-life, always work to make connections and grow your brand by networking and building quality relationships on social media.
The opportunities are endless. The beauty of social media is that it is ever evolving and growing, new technology and trends appear almost daily. Erin Bury summed it up nicely by saying, “Don’t say anything online that you wouldn’t want plastered on a billboard with your face on it.” DIY TN Mount it Strip Ad.pdf
