There is a large leisure centre south of the town at the top of Marlow Hill which has an Olympic-sized swimming pool. You could even go flying or gliding at Wycombe Air Park, which is also home to Buckinghamshire Squash and Racketball club. To the east of High Wycombe town centre, Rye Park is the venue for the annual Asian Mela. A little further afield, the family would love a day out at Hughenden Manor, a Regency building in extensively landscaped grounds.

High Wycombe is just 3 miles away via the A4128 or the A404. The A404 carries on to Junction 4 of the M40 for travel to Oxford or into Central London. The town’s central bus station provides services to Reading, Slough, Aylesbury, Heathrow Airport, Hemel Hempstead and many other places.

From the M40 travelling westbound. Leave the M40 at junction 3, then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A40, signposted High Wycombe East. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A40. After just over a mile and a half, take the third exit on the roundabout on to Hatter’s Lane, signposted Amersham A404. Continue straight for over a mile (the road will change in to Holywell Gardens, Hatter’s Lane and finally Totteridge Lane). At the next roundabout take the first exit on to the A404, then at the mini roundabout turn right on to Kingshill Road, sign posted Widmer End. After 0.78 mile turn right on to North Road, continue for approximately 0.4 miles and the development will be situated on your right hand side.
