From M1 North Leave the M1 at Junction 14 and at the roundabout at the end of the sliproad take the third exit, following signs for A509 Milton Keynes. At the next roundabout take the first exit and at the next roundabout take the second exit, following signs for A5130 Woburn Sands. Continue through Wavendon into Woburn Sands, where the development can be found a short distance on the right. From M1 South Leave the M1 at Junction 13 and at the roundabout at the end of the sliproad take the first exit, following signs for A4012 Woburn and A507 Ampthill. Continue for almost two-and-a-half miles - through Aspley Guise. At the mini roundabout take the third exit and then at the mini roundabout immediately afterwards take the second exit. Continue for half a mile down the hill where the development can be found on the left. From the A5 North (Milton Keynes) Leave Milton Keynes on the A5 southbound. Ignoring the exit for the A4146 northbound, proceed to the roundabout with the A4146 and take the first exit onto an unclassified road, signposted Bow Brickhill and Woburn Sands. Point A At the mini roundabout take the second exit, following signs for Bow Brickhill and Woburn Sands. Continue through Bow Brickhill into Woburn Sands. At the mini roundabout take the first exit. Continue for half a mile down the hill where the development can be found on the left.

From the A5 South At the roundabout with the A4146 take the fourth exit onto an unclassified road, signposted Bow Brickhill and Woburn Sands. Then continue following directions from Point A above.
