We ensure our staff have the skills to do a first rate job and invest in training as required, as well as encouraging and supporting skills and career development. All staff are subject to an enhanced certificate from the DBS (The Disclosure and Barring Service) before they commence work at the development.

On average our Assisted Living developments have 17 members of staff and every individual is comprehensively trained.

The High Street and Festival Place shopping precinct provide a range of amenities, including a post office, all the main High Street banks, national retailers including Boots, Costa and Tesco Metro, a large range of independent shops and a library.

The A33 links the town with Reading and the M4. The town is conveniently situated for the M3 motorway, approximately one hour drive time to Southampton or London.

How to find • Lady Susan Court

New Road, Basingstoke RG21 7PF

Heading North on the M3. Exit at junction 6 toward A33. At the roundabout take the first exit. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto the A339.

Take the exit onto Churchill Way (A3010). At the roundabout take the first exit onto New Road. Continue on New Road and bear right. Lady Susan Court is located on the left.

Heading South on the M3. Exit the M3 at junction 6. At the roundabout take the second exit. Then follow the directions as above onto the A339.
