Leave the M25 at junction 23, then join the A1(M) motorway. Leave the A1(M) at junction 4, then at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A414. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A1000/Broadwater Road (signposted Business and Industrial Areas). The development is on the left hand side of the road.
